How much is shipping?

All US client orders ship for free! 

**All orders are shipped via Fedex, USPS, UPS or DHL. All orders also include tracking numbers**

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we ship to all International locations. If you would like to request an order internationally please send an email to info@aprilsapparel.com

What are your International shipping fees?

International Clients will have several shipping rate options displayed at checkout. Get free shippingwhen you place an order over $125.00

When will I receive my order?

All orders are processed and shipped within 2 - 3 business days of purchase. You will receive a detailed email with shipping and tracking information within that time frame. Orders are delivered within 3 - 5 business days or sooner.

I have not received my order. What should I do?

f you have not received your order within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the actual shipment notification please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue

What is your return policy?

Please note we offer a strict 14 day return policy for our International clients and a 7 day return policy for our US based clients. We take great care in the packaging and delivery of all our clients orders. In order to make this a smooth process for you please be sure you've met the following:

1. Item was not worn, damaged and or torn

2. Still has original tags

Please note the following items are not available for returns: Clearance items (All sales are final), Health and Beauty Products, Jewelry, Swimwear, BOGO deals. Keep in mind although this is our store policy if you receive items that are broken and or damaged please contact us immediately. We will assist.

Things you need to know: You are solely responsible for the cost of returning an item. All returns must be sent via USPS, FedEx, UPS or DHL with tracking information. Once we receive your return we will inspect the item(s) and refund you within 3 - 5 business days.

Can I cancel my order?

To successfully cancel your order please contact us within 24 hrs of order placement. Once we start processing your order you will be unable to cancel it.
